Do any of you have any ideas to share in regards to wedding hairstyles? ?

I have very short hair, but I am sure there has got to be something I can do with it for my wedding so it doesn't look like it does every other day. It is long enough (around 2 1/2 inches) to where I can get a curling iron around it. The problem is; every web-site and magazine I look at is geared to women with long hair. Do women with short hair just not get married? It is kind of like finding out that stores only sell up to a 36c for the bras you need under your dress!

Regardless of my gripe I do welcome any ideas you may have.

Please share, and thank you.Do any of you have any ideas to share in regards to wedding hairstyles? ?
I think brides with short hair are so cute and unique. While no, there's not a lot of styles you can try, you can definitely be unique with hairpieces. Here are some ideas:

I really like this headband if you're having a romantic/garden/beach wedding:

If you wanted to go vintage, this is really cute:

You could go natural with just a cute headband:

The best advice you could follow would be go to your hair stylist and get their opinion. Regardless of your hair length, all brides should do that, especially if you've been going to the same stylist for years. I'm not getting married in my state, but I AM going to my stylist here a few months before the wedding to have her suggest styles that will work with my long, super, super thick wavy hair.

If you're out shopping, and you find a headpiece that you fall in love with, purchase it, and take it with you to your appt with your stylist.

Hope that helps, hun.

http://www.topweddingsites.com/beauty-an鈥?/a> There is a cool tool there where you can upload your photo and try on different hairstyles. Pretty cool. Also go to http://www.topweddingquestions.com/forum鈥?/a> and you can ask beauty and style experts for their advice.
I think the most beautiful wedding hair is a dressier version of what women normally do with their hair. Use a pretty barrette or clip. Go to your stylist and play around with styles. I'm sure you'll be a beautiful bride no matter what!
Since your hair is short, you have a few options.

You can get extensions

OR

You can wear a veil that has a crown/tiara attached to it so that it'll look prettier than a simplier veil.
I hope this helps:

I have short hair too but I curl it with a curling iron using hair gel and hair spray and it works.
