Wedding hairstyles for bangs?

Hi - I'm getting married in 6 weeks and just got a new haircut with bangs (i have had the same haircut for 10 years lol) - I truly love my new 'do; however, have no idea what type of wedding hairstyle would look good with bangs (have been google searching, but nothing!) My dress is a princess style dress (i.e., slim bodice with spaghetti straps that poofs out at the bottom). I always figured i'd wear my hair up, but now, maybe would look better down?? How short are the bangs? How short is the rest of your hair?

Anyhoo...I think either up or down will look nice. Whatever your style is, and what you feel best in!

well it depends on how you have your bangs


if you have blunt bangs straight across you forehead you either have it down with loose curls or put the bangs back with the same effect


if you have side swept hair i thing you should put your hair up and have your bangs pinned to the side since they are not that short anyways

You can always get them pinned back. You could put your hair up in the back. Tightly and securely pinned of course. And the just pin them back. My sister has bangs but when she got married they pinned them back.





If you want to go curly do it! It would look beautiful with that type of dress. Good luck!
well for the ceremony, you could wear your hair half up half down, and with ur bangs just regularly. for the reception u could wear ur hair more out of ur face so u can dance and everything. u could do a really pretty side ponytail (with ur bangs regularly). o and congrats on ur wedding! haha.

but what you do is make a bun and place it around it and put the pin in through the hair and bun holder to hold it.

I think that would look really pretty.
I think a really elegant bun or up do would look good with your bangs down. It would really have a focus on your face and your beautiful dress. Hope you have a beautiful wedding.
