I need a wedding hairstyle for my beach wedding that we can do ourselves.?

I have very thin, fine hair. I am getting married on the beach and want a hair do that is do-able yourself. I want it messy and loose...nothing tight. But all the hairstyles I've found, these girls have a TON of hair. Any suggestions??I need a wedding hairstyle for my beach wedding that we can do ourselves.?
I also have very thin fine hair. Here is what I did...I went out and bought some clip in real hair extensions. They are a little bit pricey for the real ones, but totally worth it because I was able to clip them in and give my hair tons of body. If you want to find some great extensions see if you have any local wig shops in your area, they usually sell very nice ones.

The best part about buying the real ones is that you can shampoo, curl, hairspray them, etc. and they definitely stay in.

Here are a few pictures of some nice hairstyles that could work with a beach wedding:

I also have thin hair, it doesn't really sound as thin as yours. Anyway I agree with a lot of the posters when they say you should wear it partially up. But I also think that if you did a side swept low ponytail it could look really nice. I would spend $40ish and get hot rollers for your big day. I love hot rollers, I think they add body and curl and are less time consuming then going through with a curling iron. Section your hair off (that has all ready been put in a ponytail, I would leave some side swept hair out of the ponytail, I think it adds character) and spray a fine mist of hairspray on each section before wrapping it around the hot roller. Wait twenty minutes and take out the rollers and you will have some body and some lovely curls. Obviously I would pratice doing this a few times before the wedding. :)

Tucking a flower behind your ear is always an easy and nice touch, this way you don't have mess around with bobby pins or sticking it into your hair.

The end result I've pictured would look something like this only with a little more curl (ignore the fact that it's Paris Hilton, haha):

If its thin you want it thick, if its thick you want it thin, thats always the way.

How about you get extra hair professionally put in before you head of to add to the hair you have, it will look much fuller and you can have it the way you want, also you can buy clip in hair, just match it to your colour.

I found some easy styles:

A loose side do with added flowers;

a loose bun decorated with roses;

messy curls with white band;

I am sorry I can't relate. I have just the opposite problem. I agree with the ideas that you should wear half of it up, pulling the front back. Here's some tips:

I hope this helps. When you look back on your wedding you are going to remember how wonderful and special it was, not how frustrated you were getting at your hair. ;) Good luck.
Put half your hair in a ponytail high on your head then take small sections...spray with hairspray and curl....take the remainder and put in another pony tail directly below the first one...do the same curling. Then take bobby pins...get as close to your hair color as you can...and start pulling the tips of the curls where you want them and then pin....do this all over your hair...it is a great easy style....also don't forget to pull out some wisps around your face. And....practice this before your big day!

good luck and congrats!!
I have very thin hair too, but you would have never been able to tell with my wedding updo. She did a lot of back combing but then smoothed it out and then just secured it with a bunch of bobby pins and then a silk flower. It is totally something you could do yourself.
Congrats! Okay-- here's a simple one!

I hope this works for you!

It's very elegant!
congratulations! twist and pin sections back and leave others alone, I say. Till you find a look you like. Then poke flowers in where you can or get a wreath or tiara
Ok im not an expert but i think an up-do with slight curls would look hevenly!
