Wedding hairstyle help?

I have shoulder length hair and im looking for hairstyles - i dont want to put it up as i dont look nice but im thinking of straightening it out then putting a silver and decorated headband across the crown.

Do something a little conservative, and don't use too much goofy gel or hairspray. That always looks silly and out dated. (reminds me of prom) Do not do anything drastic or out of your norm for your hair or anything else for that matter. Make everything simple yet very elegant at the same time. Your crown idea sounds like a great focus piece but do not make everything else as pronounced. Too much can look overwhelming and busy. I hope you have a wonderful wedding! Good luck to you - both.
I think that would look really pretty with a simple skinny silver headband possibly with rhinestones or some other decorative detail
